This Privacy Policy explains how HTS ("we", "us", "the app") handles information when you use the HTS mobile application — a non-custodial Polymarket sports trading assistant — and related services.
Non-custodial by design
HTS never holds your funds, private keys or seed phrase. You connect your own wallet, and every trade is signed and approved by you. Balances and payouts live on-chain on Polymarket — outside HTS.
Information we handle
- Account & contact data — such as a username or messaging identifier you use to access the app.
- Wallet address — your public address, used to display positions and submit trades. We never see your private keys.
- Usage & activity — your in-app activity, such as signals viewed and positions recorded, used to provide history and stats.
- Technical data — device and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide core features: signals, live monitoring, alerts, and your history and stats.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the service.
- To communicate with you about your account or the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us run the app (for example hosting and infrastructure), and where required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
